Quality Assurance

GTS implements an ISO 9001:2008 compliant Quality Management System (QMS) on our contracts. GTS uses task planning processes to relate technical quality, on-time delivery, and budgetary requirements and metrics, along with customer-specified standards, to the work that will be performed.

Our internal corporate quality assurance audits are geared toward supporting all tasks across a contract to ensure the application of a core set of documented procedures and toward identifying high-leverage improvement opportunities that can significantly enhance GTS’ overall performance. The audit process and aggregated process metrics data are used by GTS’ executive quality improvement team in periodically reviewing our QMS effectiveness. These management reviews ensure that the company’s resources and energies are effectively aligned toward achieving strategic, systemic, high-leverage performance improvements.
