Day-to-day management of the environmental operations is conducted by Jennifer Wehrmann, the Paragon Environmental Operations Manager. Ms. Wehrmann, along with Dan Graham, President, and Scott Blount, Director of Federal Markets, work together to develop and grow the business. Collectively, they have more than 80 years of experience managing environmental service programs in Alaska and the Lower 48 on behalf of the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Alaska District (USACE), the Navy, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Paragon also manages permitting and compliance work on behalf of commercial clients. Project sizes for the federal and private entities have ranged from $5,000 to over $30 million.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has ruled in favor of allowing the evaluation of experience to consider past performance information regarding affiliated companies, and FAR 15.305(a)(2)(iii) allows the evaluation to consider key personnel who have relevant experience. This has allowed Paragon to build upon the services sister company, Eagle Eye Electric, LLC (Eagle Eye) while building its own environmental program.
