Stampede Ventures, Inc. (Stampede) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC), an Alaska Native Corporation.

BSNC has 7,300 Alaska Native shareholders and more than 1,500 employees. BSNC has 23 active subsidiaries in various stages of small business growth. Developing subsidiaries commonly reference the experience of their more mature sister companies as they expand into like areas of competency. Stampede is a Small Business Administration (SBA) small disadvantaged business, 8(a) certified contractor, & Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) Certified Program Participant. Stampede holds an ACTIVE registration status in SAM.

With our primary business being federal contracting, Stampede and our sister companies hold more than 250 contracts and task orders with various federal agencies.

Military family housing maintenance is a core competency of our family of companies: across five contracts alone (see matrix below), we have performed maintenance and repairs on approximately 5,000 structures to include more than 4,000 housing units for the U.S. Army, Air Force, and Coast Guard. In addition to MFHM, contracts cover Base Operations Support Services, construction, and furnishings management. Our family of companies performs on contracts from Alaska to Florida and beyond including several international locations.

Under 13 CFR 124.311(b), Alaska Native Corporation 8(a)s have unlimited sole source capability. Furthermore, FAR 19.805-1.2.b.2 stipulates that the $3M limit for 8(a) sole source contracts does not apply to Native American Tribes or Alaska Native Corporations and cannot be protested. Affiliated companies under FAR 15.305(a)(2)(iii) allows you to consider key personnel who have relevant experience, Stampede utilizes the experience of sister companies Inuit Services, Inc., Global Management Services, LLC and Bering Straits Technical Services, LLC experience.
